Shipment Info

I will usually create, pack & dispatch your order in 1-2 weeks, but will do my best to be as quick as possible! If there are any delays with this, I will contact you to let you know! 

Please note again that if you have ordered any preorder products, your order will not ship immediately. If you'd like your in-stock items to arrive beforehand, create separate orders for these.

I am based in Sydney, Australia. You will receive an email once I've dispatched your order, meaning it has been handed off to the post here. I cannot give an exact arrival date, but I can give estimates based on your order contents and location:

LETTER SIZE: orders including prints & stickers ONLY

Orders with only prints & stickers are sent with stamps by default. This means they have no tracking number and have longer shipping times, but will be much cheaper for both of us!

DOMESTIC ESTIMATE: 3-10 days
INTERNATIONAL ESTIMATE: 20-40 days

If you'd like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please let me know!

PARCEL SIZE: ALL orders including pins & keychains

If I have any issues shipping your order due to suspension, I will provide you with a full refund.

Orders including pins & keychains can only be sent tracked. They will also have shorter shipping times, but will be more expensive. By default they are sent through the standard system, but if you'd like to pay to expedite your parcel, please also let me know!

INTERNATIONAL ESTIMATE: 10-20 days

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as my store does not cover those additional fees.

EU/UK customers may experience delays with the delivery of their orders as they will need to pay VAT on their end. If you're worried about this, please message me so you can order through my Etsy store.

If you have any problems or special requirements for your order, please let me know. I will do my best to accomodate you & resolve any issues-- I'm always happy to help out before, during or after shipment! ♡
